EXHIBITION; The Bus
Tuğba Yüksel, who was born in İstanbul in 1979, studied art in Marmara University. She started photography in 2010 and lives in İstanbul. Tuğba Yüksel exposed her first personal photo-exhibition in Paris in 2012. And this project reflects her unique glance to the world of public transport beyond two glasses. Tuğba Yüksel has prefered to express freely what she wants to display in her photos without sticking at technical details. Her works give you the feeling of looking at paintings as her artistic elements melt in colours. And this, by redounding feeling thickness, leads viewers opinions to less superficial, more creative dreams of those naive photos.
Her works attract most people’s attention as art has always been the combination of aestethic and observation. And witnessing people’s intimate moments when they are in private with their thoughts render her works eternal and universal.
